auPuzzle - laser cut jigsaws

[Floor puzzles] [Multiple copies of puzzles] [Payment methods]

Floor (oversize) jigsaws

We will design a cutting program for your jigsaw. There is no limit to size, but for cost effectiveness, plan for a puzzle that is no more than 1.0 x 1.7m, (or, better still, no more than 800mm wide) with individual pieces no smaller than 100 x 100mm. Larger puzzles and/or smaller pieces are possible, just more expensive.

You can chose the thickness of the puzzle. We usually recommend 3 or 6 mm thick mdf (also called "custom wood").

Price guide: A single, large puzzle will cost $300+, depending on size and the extent of our involvement. Price decreases markedly for multiple orders. We can assist with design and printing. Contact us to discuss your ideas. See below for payment methods.

Lead times for these puzzles is approximately one month from the delivery of the artwork.

Small runs of jigsaws

Laser-cutting is our only option for very large puzzles. For smaller puzzles, laser cutting can be more economical than handcrafting if you want 50 or more puzzles cut to the same template.

Price guide: Contact us to discuss your ideas. See below for payment methods.

Lead times for these puzzles is approximately one month from the delivery of the artwork.

A number of people can stamp out cardboard jigsaws of fixed size and number of pieces. These will always be cheaper than wooden jigsaws. We do not make cardboard jigsaws.
